Installation of Russian Black Shark must be done with Language for non-unicode programs set to Russian. If you don't do that, you will get garbage in shortcut names and screwed file names in Mission folder. After installation, you may switch language to previous one.

Further, you will get one more problem. DCS can't read UTF-8 filenames, so if you have language set to Croatian and there are files with Russian names in Mission folder, game will freeze if you press "Mission" or "Replay tracks" ingame. To fix that, put files, which I attached, into mission folder and execute cyr2lat.bat and all Russian names will be transliterated. If ED fixes this bug in future, you will be able to execute lat2cyr.bat to get them back into Cyrillic.
